Accomodation :

Accomodation at Grand Hôtel d'Orléans will be covered by the organizers :

This hotel is located in front of the railway station and is only 5 minutes away from subway station 'Jeanne d'Arc' (line B), which allows a direct connection to the place of the seminar.

During the online registration, you will be asked wether you wish to stay at this hotel, and in this cae wether you would agree to share the room with someone else. If you prefer to stay somewhere else, we will not cover the cost.

Meals :

Seminar dinner and luch are planned on Wednesday evening (details provided later) and Thursday lunch (at the faculty of medecine). Thursday evening is free.
